Ah. I like walking, and rarely more than all on my ownsome with no one waiting on me, and nothing lingering in my mind tagged as 'to be done tonight.'
Tonight I bought a battery for my wee little mp3 player, and with my nice headphones (a recent gift from a friend), walked up a hill to coffee, then back down the hill, then down a long straight path until it curved, then down more hill, across a bridge, up another long straight path, and now have arrived at -- not actually more coffee, though it was tempting to write it that way -- a tasty monster smoothie.
The whole way down I listened to anime music, and that made me really happy.
My world is a good one, full of fun things and entertaining times and delicious food and funny experiences that you can share with your co-workers, and by god they understand. I live in a place chockablock stuffed with freaks and geeks and the kind of delightful people that everyone wants to know.
I'm fully aware that most people don't live in quite the same place as I do, and I don't mind that. It's not that I wear rosy goggles or ignore the pain, troubles, and potential miseries, it's that I accept them as part of what is, and work with them from that perspective.
Zupzupp. I don't really have anything to add to that one.
