Let’s use words we don’t know!

I love reading fanfic. I love watching people take familiar characters, cut them out, and play paperdolls with them. It’s a funny sort of magic, clarified and rarified and sometimes very badly muddled.

But it’s never unworth the writing.

I think I’d like to write more next year. This last minute scramble to remember what this year even was is giving me ideas. Maybe I can actually put them into effect?

I’d like that, I think.
