Some things so simple...

I forget sometimes that there are things I learned as a child that are not things children should know. Or, perhaps, that most children of my age don't learn anymore. (did they ever) Or perhaps that most children learn later or earlier or never.

And in remembering these things, I remind myself that there are a hundred thousand million things that I, too, have yet to learn.
